Problems you may met

Sourcing Isn’t Just
Finding a Supplier.

It’s knowing who to trust, what to compare and what to check before the goods are shipped.

“Am I really buying from the right supplier?”

It’s difficult to know who actually manufactures the product, who has the right capabilities, and who can reliably handle your order.

Too many suppliers. Not enough certainty.

Supplier search & screening

“Why are all the quotations different?”

Different materials, specifications, packaging and trade terms can make supplier quotations difficult to compare fairly.

Quotes that look comparable often aren’t.

Comparable quotations

“They said ‘no problem’ — but did they really understand?”

Small misunderstandings in specifications, packaging or quality expectations can become expensive mistakes later.

“Yes” doesn’t always mean the requirement is fully understood.

Clear specs & sample approval

“The sample was good. Why is the bulk order different?”

Without clear specifications and production follow-up, the final shipment may not match what you originally approved.

A good sample doesn’t guarantee a good production run.

Sample & specification alignment

“What is actually happening with my order?”

You need real progress, clear milestones and early warning when something is going wrong — not just “everything is fine.”

Production shouldn’t be a black box.

Production visibility

“I found a cheaper supplier, but what am I actually saving?”

Price only makes sense when quality, specifications, MOQ, packaging, lead time and commercial terms are compared together.

The lowest quote isn’t always the lowest cost.

Total cost & terms comparison

“Who catches the problem before the goods leave China?”

Quality issues, packaging mistakes and incorrect quantities should be identified before the shipment leaves China.

Finding problems after delivery is too late.

Pre-shipment coordination

“I’m spending too much time managing suppliers myself.”

Supplier searches, quotations, samples, production updates and shipment coordination can consume hours of your time every week.

Sourcing shouldn’t become your full-time job.

How I work

A Clear Process.
You Make the Decisions.

Agree the scope first. Stay informed while I do the work. Review the evidence before you move forward.

Understand First

I don't start with searching. I start with understanding. I confirm all the key points of your needs and make sure everything moves in the right direction.

You get Shared expectation and Initial assessment

02

Verify & Negotiate

I make a deep research, compare, verify and negotiate instead of simply forwarding supplier information. I turn it into something you can actually make a decision from.

You make: Clear and easy options with all the details.

03

Follow Through

I follow the project closely according to the project requirements, check key milestones and keep you informed of useful information.

You shouldn't: have to chase the factory every day. That's my job to make sure everything is completed as agreed.

04

Keep It Moving

I keep track of the final checks, shipment arrangements and outstanding issues until the products reached at your hands.

You know: what's been checked, what's been shipped, and what happens next.

Relevant experience

Different Products.
The Same Buying Discipline.

Aluminum & Metal

Metal prices fluctuate frequently, making purchase timing critical to cost control. Different processing methods can also significantly affect material properties and performance. I focus on market timing, material selection and manufacturing processes to balance cost, quality and end-use requirements.

Building Materials

Choosing the right building materials means balancing performance with cost. Over-specification increases expenses, while under-specification can lead to quality issues and customer complaints. I focus on matching material specifications, durability and quality standards to actual application needs.

Electromechanical Products

Electromechanical products often involve customized specifications, where the right level of precision depends on the intended application. I focus on technical requirements, manufacturing capabilities and process quality control to ensure consistent quality without unnecessary costs.

Nonwoven Fabric

Material composition, weight and performance directly affect the suitability of nonwoven fabrics for different applications. Properties such as color fastness, tensile strength and elongation can influence durability and customer satisfaction. I focus on identifying critical quality requirements and addressing potential issues before production.

Industrial Components

Industrial components must meet precise technical requirements and applicable international or industry standards to ensure proper fit, function and long-term reliability. I focus on drawings, tolerances, material specifications and supplier capabilities to ensure components meet their intended operating conditions.

Auto Parts

Material composition and manufacturing processes can significantly affect the quality, performance and durability of automotive parts. I focus on understanding market standards, fitment requirements and production quality to ensure products are suitable for their intended applications.

Frequently asked questions

A Few Things
You May Be
Wondering.

Have a product or situation in mind?
Let’s Discuss It

Can you work with my existing supplier?

Yes. Support can focus on quotation review, specification clarification, samples, production follow-up or shipment preparation. We agree the scope and supplier access before starting.

How is this different from using B2B platforms?

A marketplace helps you discover suppliers. Procurement support adds evaluation, consistent quotation comparisons, recorded requirements and coordination after selection. It does not replace your own due diligence or guarantee a supplier’s performance.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

MOQ is set by the supplier and depends on the product, process and customization. Share your expected quantity so I can assess fit and discuss available options. A lower MOQ cannot be guaranteed.

Do you inspect or certify the goods yourself?

I coordinate agreed quality checks and can help arrange an independent inspection or laboratory test where needed. The provider, criteria, report and cost are confirmed in advance. Coordination is not product certification or a guarantee of compliance.

How are your fees calculated?

Fees depend on the project scope, workload and engagement model. You receive the proposed service fee and any identified third-party costs before work begins.

Who approves suppliers, payments and orders?

You retain final approval of supplier selection, sample acceptance, commercial terms and order decisions. Payment arrangements and purchasing responsibilities are confirmed in the scope of work.

What should I send to get started?

Send the product or reference link, specifications, quantity, destination market, target timeline and your current challenge. A drawing or sample photo can help; sensitive documents should be shared through an agreed channel.

Can you help outside the product categories shown?

Yes. I can help source products beyond the categories shown. The core principles of sourcing and working with suppliers are largely the same, so my experience transfers across product categories. I take time to understand the product, its specifications and application before starting.
